Vivian Mayne

Vivian Mayne is the Cornish writer of the Granite Shore series. She was born in Cornwall and draws inspiration from the natural and supernatural world.

The Granite Shore follows the trials, quests, and tribulations of protagonist Finn Milton and his soulmate, Mia Morgen. At the heart of these stories is Finn and Mia’s love story.

The Granite Shore is a love letter to St Ives and West Cornwall, and the greater beyond. Vivian spent her childhood creating stories and art, lost in her imagination and any escapist venture presented to her: at the local cinema, on TV and in books. Sci-fi and fantasy were her first love. She is focusing on completing Book Three, Moth of the Arcane, which takes us deeper into the supernatural world of West Cornwall in the late ‘90s.

Book One, the Granite Shore: Echoes of the Arcane, and Book Two, Curse of the Arcane, are available as ebooks and paperbacks on Amazon.
