Vivian Mayne was born in Cornwall, a writer inspired by the supernatural world. She studied at Cornwall College and Falmouth University.
She started writing 25 years ago. Vivian has recently published the definitive versions of the Granite Shore saga, which follows the trials, quests and tribulations of her protagonist, Finn Milton, and his soulmate, Mia Morgen.
Her books are a love letter to West Cornwall and the greater beyond. She spent her childhood creating stories and art, lost in her imagination and any escapist venture presented to her; in the local cinema, on TV and in books. Sci-fi and fantasy were her first love. She is focusing on completing Book Three, Moth of the Arcane, which takes us further into the paranormal world of West Cornwall in the late ‘90s.
